Your privacy choices at Haddee.

Contact inquiries

When you send our contact form, we use your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected reason, and message to respond to your inquiry. Vercel processes the request, and Resend delivers it to our team at hello@haddee.com. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

The website does not save a separate copy of your inquiry in an application database. Your email is handled by Resend and our mailbox under their configured retention settings. For questions about retention or to request deletion, contact hello@haddee.com.

To limit spam, we use Upstash to hold short-lived counters and keyed hashes derived from a network address. These counters expire within 24 hours and contain no names, contact details, or message text. Please do not include medical information, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive records in your inquiry. The form is not for emergencies.

Optional website analytics

Haddee Counseling uses Google Analytics 4 on the production website only and only after you select “Accept.” If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and the site does not set analytics cookies.

When enabled, Google Analytics may receive information about pages visited, referral sources, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and interactions such as scrolling, downloads, and outbound-link clicks. We use this information to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site—not for advertising or personalized marketing.

Information we do not send

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, counseling inquiries, intake-form responses, diagnoses, or other sensitive information to Google Analytics. The counseling website does not host an intake form; approved intake forms open on a separate Haddee form service.

Site reliability

On the production website, we use Sentry to identify technical errors and help keep the site reliable. Sentry is not used for advertising or to build visitor profiles.

Our Sentry configuration disables session replay, performance tracing, logs, user identity, request and response bodies, cookies, headers, URL query strings, and local-variable capture. Error reports may include the affected page route, browser or runtime details, a timestamp, and a technical stack trace.

Change your choice

Your analytics choice is saved in local browser storage. If you accept, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent clears the Google Analytics cookies available to this site and prevents the tag from loading on the next page load.

External services

Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. You can read Google’s privacy policy ↗. You can also read the privacy information published by Sentry ↗. Contact delivery and spam protection also use Resend, Upstash, and Vercel. External intake forms, YouTube videos, and Haddee Tutoring are normal links; their privacy practices apply after you leave this site.
